Jesus' prayer for unity found in John 17:20 is a core value of all that we do at
Joseph Resource Group. When the Body of Christ functions as one with each
member supplying its own individual strengths and gifts, the world will see the
most effective demonstration of the Gospel and compelling testimony possible.
With research showing that we lose over 1,800 pastors each month in America
due to stress, burnout and moral failure, we believe we cannot do enough to
support and encourage healthy church leadership. Knowing that lasting unity
is built upon relationships rather than events, we focus our attention on creating
opportunities for pastors, church leaders and congregations to form relational
bridges across church and denominational lines. Here are just a few of the
ways we accomplish that goal.
A monthly opportunity for senior
pastors to come together for a time
of worship, corporate prayer and
small group interaction. The
Pastors Prayer Alliance is open to
any life giving church, regardless of
denomination, that holds Jesus at
the center of its doctrinal beliefs.
The Pastors Prayer Alliance meets the first Thursday of each month from 7 am to 9
am. Several host churches take turns rotating the sponsorship of these meetings.
